So I was trying to wire some money to one of my friends account so he could buy a laptop for me. He used the request a payment method and I sent the money to him but he can't receive it. He said something about a merchant application form on his account,he tried to fill it out and its not sending off on my account it is saying -$577 pending. Please help need your help asap
