Add Payoneer's bank account to US PayPal

Hello, I have been trying with no luck to link my First Century Bank account to my PayPal. Could you please give me an account on the Community Federal Savings Bank?

I have a valid credit card associate to my PayPal and have been able to link other bank's account in the past.

I raised a request last week (Reference number is 200620-009224). My Customer ID is 15118367.
