i have a client who's going to transfer me money via his credit card (a french bank)
so i tried searching on youtube about receiving payments and i came across a video that said go to the request payment section which i did but i was surprised with a condition that i need to hit 5,00 usd to enable this service
so from what i understood you're pretty much denying me from doing exactly what you want me to do (i hope this makes sense to you)
so to summarize please help me and walk me through the procedure to receive the payment directly from his french bank to my payoneer account
