Verification taking too long...

I am supposed to receive money, but I can't since my account is not verified yet.

I initially sent my Passport was disapprove last Jan 27, 202, it was disapprove.

I sent my SSS ID (government ID, since we have no National ID yet in place) last Dec 3.

It's been 10 days now and still no approval.

Please assist. Thank you!
