I am not able to add my bank account Fields are not active

I am using payoneer since 2013 and i did't face any issue regarding to any thing
Now suddenly when i submit "withdraw to local bank" after 4 days i received email . your swift code is not correct and you need to re enter your bank detail.. i was just shocked because
i am did so many successful transactions using same detail . now don't know what happened.

After that i request to resubmit or change my bank detail. after 2days payoneer remove my local bank account and now i had need to resubmit my bank detail ..

When i try to insert my new bank detail now these two fields are inactive i am not able to re submit my bank detail

Note i contact payoneer so many time not receive any helpful reply
