What are the reasons for account blockage

Hello,

I haven't loaded money into my account for like 3 months. And now when I tried to log in, it says "Account blocked".

I suppose Payoneer blocks accounts for inactivation.

I contacted customer support but I never got a response. Is there anyone here who has got their account unblocked? If so, how did you manage to have it unblocked? What is best for me to do?
