How does Payoneer transfer my funds to my local bank account?

Hi! I have a question. I wanto to transfer some funds to my local bank account so I can withdraw.
My question is: Payoneer charges me a U$3 dollar tax by transaction to do that PLUS up to 3% reffering to a conversion tax. That means that the money will arrive on my account on my local currency or Payoneer is transfering dollars and my local bank has to to the conversion?

Hello,
I forgot my account passwords. when i click on forgot password button they send me mail. in mail i click on reset password button.now i submit all details but he say details is wrong. i don't know which detail is wrong. please help. Forgot Card Pin Number

Hi all,

Payoneer recently disabled fund withdrawal to my country Malaysia. The only way I could withdraw money now is through Payoneer's debit card. I have forgotten the pin number and tried contacting Payoneer for support but have not received a reply after almost 5 days now.

I have tried calling the listed number; 1-646-658-3695, numerous times, but was greeted by an automated voice saying the number was incomplete. Are there numbers to add, calling from Malaysia?

Tried the life chat, and every time it says, something like, the channel is overloaded.

Appreciate any advice on how to get in touch with them.

Hi,

I received a new card a few weeks ago, activated it and loaded it with money.

I can't buy things online in great or little eshops (amazon for example, and tried a lot more), but i can get money in any ATM.

My prepaid card is useful to do business online, if i can't spend my money on the internet it will become useless. How could i resolve the problem ?

I Have Three Balances GBP, EUR & USD in One Payoneer Account How to transfer money in Primary Card.

I have an activate Payoneer Card for USD Currency. But I have also two other sub accounts in GBP and EUR. Last time I received a small test payment from PayPal in EUR but that money is not showing in Primary Card account. I can't understand that how can I transfer this money to card that is available and showing only in EUR portion but not showing in Primary Debt CARD Balance. I think there is only one way to withdraw EUR balance that is Bank Transfer Option but I don't know if this option is possible to transfer from Payoneer EUR balance to my Pakistan Bank Account?

Designcrowd - three payments failed

For some reason three payments that I was supposed to receive from Designcrowd failed, they asked me if my account was verified - it is, I've been using it for a year constantly without a problem.

They have no other solution, they just suggested that It would be best if I contacted a Payoneer support for this and ask if there’s any issue with my account.

I just contacted support, but I am curious if anyone had this experience?

Anyone with similar experience?

Processing Card Load Issue

Hello,

I am holder of Payoneer card since 2011 and regularly receive payments from Elance and now from Upwork too.

Everything was going fine until on March 09, 2016 I receive one payment from Elance and one payment from Upwork. Most of the times I use Immediate Load option so I chose the same option to load my card. Today it is March 13, 2016 but when I login into the system it is still showing... Processing Card Load.

I sent four (4) emails on customer service, forwarded the original emails of Elance and Upwork which comes when payment comes in Payoneer and ask to click link to load, I also sent the screenshots of my account showing "Processing Card Load" and chat live with the customer support (she said we will update you) but still not getting a single reply about my emails or the account issue.

I am old user (since 2011) of Payoneer and all my payments come from from my freelancing work on Elance and Upwork and affiliate marketing work on Commission Junction.

I am a full time freelancer on above sites so every week I receive payments on them. This is my only sources of income. Week is ended now and I have submitted my clients my invoice for the work on Elance and Upwork. They will now release the payment which will come in my accounts on above sites. I have just one option of Payonner in my Elance and Upwork to receive payments. After my clients will release payments how will I receive it if my Payoneer not working.

Kindly let me know:

01. What is the issue?
02. Why it is showing Processing Card Load since many days?
03. Why I am not getting any reply of my four emails?
04. How will I withdraw my up-coming payments from Elance and Upwork?

Kindly let me know what is going on in the system. If my payment is stuck due to IT issue kindly check your servers or systems please. Inside my account it is showing 23718191 and 23707143 under payment heading. I think it is the reference number, so maybe it will help you track my account.

I will be grateful to you if you please look into this matter please.

If you need anything from my end then please let me know.
