Paypal isnt just something anyone verifies just like that, the issue of sending codes to verify an EU account and someone doesnt get to see it when verifying Germany Bank account is what i seriously do not understand and they asked me to enter the code i see there when its just Balance. i do not get to see anything PP*1234 (For Example) sent on here.
I am using Payoneer and logged in to find the code - No code, Just deposit is what i see anyone gonna be kind enough to tell me if i verify using the Balances on here? I am Lost.
