I understand that many questions rose from the sudden stop of Visa/Mastercards with other provides in over 100 countries. I received several messages through the forum from concerned users and would like to address everyones concerns here.
Q1: Can I transfer from Skrill To Payoneer?
A1: Yes you can. If you haven't set up the Euro Payment Service on your Payoneer account, contact Payoneer support and request for these details to be added.
Q2: Will Payoneer also have to stop issuing Mastercard?
A2: Payoneer as always provides prepaid Mastercard's as a main service feature for accessing payments earned for freelance, ecommerece, affiliate, vacation rentals and other online services.
Q3: Can I transfer funds from Skrill to Payoneer in USD, GBP or AUD?
A3: Just like any other provider, check to see what transfer method is offerered by the sender. If they transfer the funds through the SEPA transfer method as it is supported in Europe, you need to ask the sending company if they will convert the funds to the currency details we provide as we don't convert the funds upon receiving the payment.
Q4: What is the fee for withdrawing from websites/companies to Payoneer?
A4: Payments received through the US Payment Service Details will incur a 1% fee of the amount received.
Payments received through the Euro, UK or Japanese Payment Service detials are loaded to your Payoneer account free of charge.
Any additional fees that apply is done by the sender of the funds and not by Payoneer.
If there any messages I have missed, please reply in the thread so I may address it for everyone else.
